Fabric assembly system
We have various solutions for the assembly of deckchairs fabrics. To the frames, the canvas can be fixed permanently, using specialized upholstery staples. We also offer systems that allow you to put on and take off the canvas in a simple way using wooden inserts – without having to unscrew any screws. We recommend such solutions primarily to customers who are looking for the frames themselves. Guarantee of high quality and ease of assembly.

Impregnation
Possibility to impregnate the deckchairs. It is done by immersing the frame in a mixture of impregnants. Such a treatment significantly improves the resistance of wood to weather conditions, fungi, bacteria and dirt. The preparations we use on linseed oil meringue with a UV protective additive also enhance the natural appearance of wood, without leaving stains.

Protection protections against folding
We offer assembly of plastic protection against folding to the frames. The high quality of the elements will ensure comfort and safety of use. Material resistant to cracks, breakage – general damage. Screwed to the frame with stainless screws, in places of three-stage backrest adjustment. It guarantees full safety during proper use.

Possibility of making deckchair fabrics plain or with prints. High-quality materials intended for sublimation, full overprint. Resistant to creases, tearing and friction. Stable dimensions, durable colors, resistance to moisture. Most of our deckchair models have the same or similar length of fabric, which solves potential problems with a large number of sewing and cutting dimensions for our customers – who decide to purchase deckchairs without fabric.

High-quality deckchair frame made of FSC beech wood. The material is thoroughly dried and sorted according to wood shades. Strong, stable construction. Elements exactly and equally rounded, repeatability maintained. Strips ground and polished on four sides. The deckchair segments are connected with each other using rivets, the metal elements do not protrude beyond the outline. The structure opens slightly. Three-stage backrest adjustment. The wood is not torn out in the production process. Of course we offer to order only the deckchair frames – without fabrics.
